I still can remember the day I got my realtor license.
I had BIG dreams.
I was passionate about real estate. I wanted to help people find their dream home or sell their property.
Just like you, I also wanted to make it big financially. To give my wife and kids a great life.
Like most of the realtors at our brokerage, I worked really hard...
Running around the area finding new property, meeting new clients, negotiating…
Attended training and networking events regularly…
Some weeks I worked 12 to 15-hour days…
I did this for 15 years.
But I always needed help financially. I could find a dream home for my clients with my eyes closed...
... but I knew it was never a possibility for me...
... especially since I struggled to pay my rent.
Borrowing money to pay bills was a regular thing. Our family vacations were continually postponed.
Always stressing about who's going to be my next client.
My story might not sound exactly like yours, but what we all have in common is… we work hard.
And hard work HAS to pay off, eventually, right?
Well...
I got impatient with waiting.
So, I did a little digging to learn how to make it BIG financially as a realtor.
I discovered the secret that nobody was talking about.
More importantly - I discovered how other agents were tripling their income while working less.
No, it's not getting loads of new clients or featured on national television or the radio…
It's an approach that looked stupidly obvious, but most realtors ignored it.
Have you?
As a passionate and driven guy, I took action and saw RESULTS unfolding.
It was slow. But I persisted and kept adjusting my approach.
Within a few years, I went from financially struggling to financially stable and doing over a billion in closed deals -- owning a handful of 6 figure businesses in diverse sectors
It's not some weird trick or hack to get more leads.
This is something almost hidden inside the realtor business. Just nobody teaches how to tap into it.
(until now)
I started sharing my "secret approach" with some of my close realtor friends.
They were shocked...
And kinda mad at how obvious it is, to be honest.
They were a little unsure if it would work for them, though.
This is not an overnight easy money approach...
... you have to put in the work and need specific knowledge and skill set to execute the strategy step-by-step.
Fast forward to today, a few of those realtor friends found more wild success than me.
"I wish I found this strategy sooner."
I call it the...
"Agenture Method.”
